The We the People Alumni Ambassadors program was started to give alumni a way to affect positive change in their communities. Alumni will be matched with causes in their communities in which they believe. Alumni are limited only by their imagination. Ambassadors will represent their teachers, fellow students and the program. It’s time to put the civic education you received into action! Some possible areas that Ambassadors can serve include:
- Veterans
- Animal Rights
- Indigent Advocacy
- Education / Literacy
- Civil Rights
- The environment
- Political campaigns
- Seniors
- Children
- On alumni demonstration teams
- As coaches for WTP teams
- As volunteers at districts or state competitions
- By working the polls / voter education
- Anything you can imagine!
