Mock Trial Diversity Initiative

The Foundation has launched its High School Mock Trial Diversity Initiative, presented by Krieg DeVault LLP, to eliminate financial barriers to participation and provide schools with mentors from the legal community. So far, more than $40,000 has been raised from Krieg DeVault LLP, Barnes & Thornburg LLP, Lumina Foundation, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Ice Miller LLP, and Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP.

National High School Mock Trial Championship
The Indiana Bar Foundation is hosting the 2021 National High School Mock Trial Championship May 13-15. It will take place online via Zoom, but we will be hosting virtually from Evansville. We invite you to join us as we welcome more than 600 students, teachers, and legal advisors from across the country to participate.

Grant Applications
Beginning April 1, 2021, the Indiana Bar Foundation will be accepting applications for both the Indiana Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) and the Civil Legal Aid Fund (CLAF). Application materials are due by May 1, 2021. Please use the links below to access the applications.
