Whiteleather, Jr. as this year’s Legendary Lawyer for his public service, community involvement, and contributions to the legal profession in his more than 50 years as an Indiana attorney. On October 4, the Coalition for Court Access is hosting a statewide civil legal aid conference in Indianapolis (5 CLE credits) intended for civil legal aid and pro bono lawyers and staff, law schools, members of the judiciary, and everyone who is part of the civil legal aid community in Indiana. U.S. Senate Youth Program
Each year, two Indiana high school students are awarded a $10,000 college scholarship and spend a week in Washington, D.C. studying the federal government and its leaders through the U.S. Senate Youth Program. Applications for the 2019-2020 program are being accepted now until October 7.
